I help my clients to implement a highly personalized approach to eat fearlessly, gain confidence and clarity that they are doing the right thing for their bodies (without FOMO!) and ultimately enjoy life to it’s fullest!
My Story + Approach
Growing up, food was the center of every holiday, every gathering, every social event. I come from a Polish and Italian family and there were plenty of good cooks to go around. Food meant joy and celebration. I always tell people I didn’t go into the field of nutrition because I don’t like to eat! In 2019, I had a mentally rough pregnancy with my second child. Four months after giving birth, the COVID-19 pandemic began. During this time, going through a drive-thru felt like a thrill, especially while trying to keep two young children entertained. I struggled with body image being postpartum and how my relationship with food was changing.
During the pandemic, I wanted to create a way for people to continue to meet face to face with a dietitian without leaving their home. With the support of a colleague and through utilizing Telehealth, I started my virtual practice so that people could still focus on their health and wellness goals during this difficult period. Eat Well continues to make meeting with a dietitian easy and convenient, serving clients virtually in over six states.
Our approach at Eat Well is to provide non-judgemental, individualized, and ongoing support. With a strong clinical background, our dietitians are equipped to provide evidence-based care for a range of health conditions including weight management, IBS, prediabetes, type 2 diabetes, gestational diabetes, women’s health, digestive health, food sensitivities, cardiac conditions, and more.
