Pumpkin Spice Protein Smoothie

This easy smoothie will give you your pumpkin fix while fueling your day! Use it as an on the go breakfast, afternoon snack or after a workout!

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½ cup fat free vanilla greek yogurt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 4 oz Vanilla Premier Protein Shake*
  • 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • cups pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Notes

You can use ½ cup skim milk or other milk of choice in place of protein shake.
